Work Experience: After almost a decade in film/tv production, I started working in the non-profit, education sector in 2003. Six years later, having handled an array of administrative duties including finance, enrollment, operations, facility, and HR in private and public education, I began consultant work with schools and non-profits. In addition to consulting, I took on the founding Director of Talent role at the B Corp, CSBM/FOREsight. I developed and managed the organizational strategies for recruitment, professional development and performance management.
